We ship from New York, USA.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet! Right now, we only ship within the U.S., but we hope to expand in the future.
How long does shipping take?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours of order being confirmed.
Exception: Pre-Order Items as marked.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Can I get my order faster?
Yep! We offer expedited shipping at checkout if you're in a hurry to get your goodies.

Absolutely! We love bringing unique ideas to life (we will try our best)! Just send us a message, and let's create something special together!
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, so changes aren't always possible. But reach out ASAP, and we'll do our best to help!
How do I personalize my order?
If an item can be customized, you'll see options to enter your details before adding it to your cart. Make sure everything looks just right before checking out!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since our products are made just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for any custom orders. For all other products, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days!
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no! We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If there's an issue, contact us within 7 days from delivery, and we'll take care of it.
How do I take care of my items?
Apparel: Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low.
Sticker Decal: Stick to a clean, dry surface.
But don't worry! All orders will come with special care or application instructions. :)
